Phoenix Consulting, LLC (Phoenix) is a full-service environmental management company that provides turnkey solutions for the remediation of soil and groundwater resulting from leaking residential fuel oil tanks. Phoenix was established in 1998 by the owner and principal geologist, Daniel Yonker. Our main office is located in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, and we have three remote offices in New Jersey. Phoenix is licensed by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) to perform site remediation activities and achieve case closure at the State-level and can assist with the same in various states in the mid-Atlantic region.

The highly capable Phoenix team has handled over 2,500 oil tank incidents which include homeowner’s insurance claims, State-funded cleanups, and direct service to the homeowner/responsible party. Our incident closure rate exceeds 99 percent.
Phoenix field personnel are fully trained and up to date on evolving State regulations. Our staff includes a Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP), certified Subsurface Evaluators, and a certified low-flow groundwater sampling technician. Field staff has completed a 40-hour OSHA Health and Safety course that is renewed annually with an 8-hour refresher. They also stay current on industry practice through continuing education courses. Both criminal background checks and drug testing have been performed on all field personnel.
